Gurgaon’s Most Expensive Localities in 2025 – Price Trends & Hotspots

Gurgaon is one of the most prestigious and demanding real estate markets in India. When we talk about the most expensive localities in Gurgaon, the first name that comes to mind is Golf Course Road. It is known for its ultra-luxury residential projects, prime location, excellent infrastructure, and connectivity.

There are lots of projects, but here we will discuss only a few projects whose appreciation is much higher than expected. That’s why this area is more in demand for investing and gaining higher appreciation.

These projects are DLF Camellias, DLF Magnolias, DLF Aralias, DLF The Dahlias, DLF The Crest, DLF Belaire, DLF Summit, and DLF Park Place, focusing on their launch prices, resale prices to see the price appreciation.

1. DLF The Camellias

DLF The Camellias is one of the costliest projects of DLF. The Camellias was launched in July 2013. It is located in Sector 42, Golf Course Road. This project has 4, 5, and 6 BHK apartments and penthouses.

  • Launch Price: The Camellias was launched at a price of ₹22,000–₹25,000 per sq. ft. The average apartment size was 7,400 sq. ft., so at that time, the cost of the apartments was around ₹16 to ₹18 crore.
  • Resale Price (2025): The project saw excellent appreciation, and by mid-2025, its resale price reached ₹45,000–₹100,000 per sq. ft. The apartment prices in The Camellias ranged between ₹45 crore and ₹100 crore. Even in December last year, a 16,290 sq. ft. penthouse was sold in resale for ₹190 crore, priced at ₹1.17 lakh per sq. ft., and it was purchased by Rishi Parti, Founder and Managing Director of Info-X Software Technology.

2. DLF Magnolias

DLF Magnolias is a super luxury project located in Sector 42, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. This project was launched in August 2008. It offers 4 and 5 BHK apartments and penthouses.

  • Launch Price: It has been 17 years since this project was launched. At the time of launch, the initial price was ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per sq. ft. Since then, there has been a significant increase in its price.
  • Resale Price (2025): This project is available for resale, and currently, its resale price ranges from ₹50,000 to ₹75,000 per sq. ft. In Magnolias, the 4 BHK apartments with a size of 6,400 sq. ft. start at ₹40 crore.

3. DLF Aralias

DLF The Aralias is DLF’s first luxury project on Golf Course Road, located in Sector 42, Gurgaon. It was also the first project to have access to the DLF Golf & Country Club. It features 4 BHK apartments with a size of 5,500 sq. ft.

  • Launch Price: Launched at approximately ₹16,000 per sq. ft., the apartment prices at the time of launch started from ₹8 to ₹10 crore.
  • Resale Price (2025): Now, this project is available for resale, and its price has increased significantly. The resale price of DLF The Aralias starts from ₹65,000 to ₹70,000 per sq. ft.

4. DLF The Dahlias

DLF The Dahlias is a recently launched project of 2025 by DLF in Sector 54, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. This is also a golf & country club project like camellias, Arallias and magnolias. Offers 4, 5, and 6 BHK apartments and penthouses. The sizes of the flats range from 9,500 to 16,000 sq. ft. Now, after The Camellias, this is North India’s most expensive residential project. It has a total of 420 apartments, out of which 173 were sold instantly. It is India’s most expensive residential project, with an average unit price of ₹100 crore.

  • Launch Price: The project was launched at ₹80,000 to ₹90,000 per sq. ft. The starting price of the apartments was ₹66 crore. Even ex-cricketer Shikhar Dhawan bought an apartment worth approximately ₹69 crore. The apartments were sold between ₹65 crore to ₹125 crore.

Currently, the project is not fully sold out, so there are no units available for resale. The remaining apartments will be launched in the next phase, and it is expected that the price may reach ₹1 lakh to ₹1.5 lakh per sq. ft.

5. DLF The Crest

DLF The Crest is a premium residential project. It is located in Sector 54, Golf Course Road, which comes under Phase 5, Gurgaon. Crest was launched in July 2014, and it has completed 11 years. It offers multiple options of apartments, including 2, 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments.

  • Launch Price: The Crest’s launch price was ₹13,000–₹15,000 per sq. ft., with apartments priced between ₹4 to 6 crore.
  • Resale Price (2025): Resale prices now range from ₹55,000–₹60,000 per sq. ft., with apartment values ranging from ₹15 crore to ₹30 crore.

6. DLF Belaire 

DLF Belaire was launched in February 2009, located in Sector 54, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon, in DLF Phase 5. The project offers 3 and 4-BHK apartments.

  • Launch Price:  The Belaire projects launched at a price of ₹9,000 per sq. ft. the apartments were started from 3 crore to 4 crore.
  • Resale Price (2025): The project has now completed 16 years, and the current resale price has increased to ₹42,000 per sq. ft. The starting price of an apartment measuring 3,430 sq. ft. is around ₹14 crore.

7. DLF Summit 

 DLF Summit is a luxury residential project that is located in Sector 54 on Golf Course Road. It was launched in May 2004. It offers 4 BHK apartments, ranging in size from 3,000 to 3,400 sq. ft.

  • Launch Price: The launch price was approximately ₹8,500–₹9,500 per sq. ft., at that time, apartments were priced between ₹3 to ₹3.5 crore.
  • Resale Price (2025): Currently it is available in resale with prices ranging from ₹38,000–₹40,000 per sq. ft., with apartments valued between ₹10–12 crore

8. DLF Park Place

This DLF project was launched in February 2006. It is one of the premium luxury projects by DLF with good appreciation value. It offers 3 and 4-BHK apartments.

  • Launch Price: The launch price of DLF Park Place was ₹8,000 to ₹9,000 per sq. ft., with apartment prices ranging from ₹2 to ₹4 crore.
  • Resale Price (2025): The project is available for resale with prices ranging from ₹37,000 to ₹40,000 per sq. ft. An apartment of 2,721 sq. ft. is priced starting from ₹10 crore in the resale market.
